Michele Trivedi is the mom of a 23-year-old woman diagnosed with ASD. Michele speaks to parent, advocate and provider audiences nationally on the topics of health insurance and health equity for people with special needs, as well as the caregiving experience from the parent perspective. Overview: This presentation will talk candidly and openly about lessons learned from a mom who has been there about guiding your daughter diagnosed with ASD through puberty. It will include practical tips and resources, successes and failures and embarrassing topics that we’ll all get through together!
